Confirm the Mic/Cam settings for your operating system

MacOS 10.14 (Mojave) or above

In MacOS Mojave, Apple has introduced some system-level privacy controls for your mic and camera. These are great for privacy, but it is possible that your browser was mistakenly blocked from accessing your mic and cam. You can check on this and allow your browser to access your mic and cam from the Security & Privacy section in your System Preferences. To access these settings, do the following:

Click on the apple in the top left > select System Preferences

Click on the Security & Privacy section
Click on the Privacy Tab
Click on Camera in the list of options, and tick the box next to the Chrome browser to allow access

Repeat step 3 for your Microphone
After doing this, restart your browser for the updates to take affect

If you use an older version of MacOS, there are no system level controls for your camera, and instead MacOS will default to the settings on the application level. You would see an area that lists all your referral links.

Click on the ‘links(2)’ button on the left side of the search bar.
You would see the Add link option. Click on the add link button.

Enter the link(that you want to change into a referral link) and name it appropriately. Then save the link and your referral link is ready.

Bonus Tip- Easily create referral links

You can make any link into your referral link by just adding your unique affiliate code at the end of the link.
The affiliate code is the part from “?fpr=_” that you can see in your existing referral links.

To get this code select the part “?fpr=_” from an existing affiliate link and copy it
Add the affiliate code at the end of any link to transform a normal link

After you stop the recording on your broadcast/presentation it will automatically be saved in the Event Settings Panel. Here’s how you can download the recordings from the presentation/webinar mode:

During the Event

Click the menu button with three parallel horizontal lines located at the upper left corner of the event space

Click Event Settings

Under Edit Event Settings, click on Post-event

Scroll Down and look for Broadcast Recording. Click the Download button of the recording that you want to download

You will be routed to the preview page. Click the 3 dots located at the lower right corner of the preview page and Click Download

Download will automatically start

The following are the possible causes of audio echoes during your Remo call and tips on how to fix them:

1. The built-in speakers on your computer might be playing back the sound that your built-in mic is picking up.

Fix:

Lower the volume of your built-in speakers
Use a headset or a headphone with a mic included. We recommend using a USB headset instead of the analog-connected one.
