How to download recordings from Presentation/webinar mode

After you stop the recording on your broadcast/presentation it will automatically be saved in the Event Settings Panel. Here’s how you can download the recordings from the presentation/webinar mode:


During the Event


  1. Click the menu button with three parallel horizontal lines located at the upper left corner of the event space



  1. Click Event Settings



  1. Under Edit Event Settings, click on Post-event



  1. Scroll Down and look for Broadcast Recording. Click the Download button of the recording that you want to download



  1. You will be routed to the preview page. Click the 3 dots located at the lower right corner of the preview page and Click Download




  1. Download will automatically start



After the Event


  1. Go to your My Event page. Search for the event and click the 3 dots located at the upper right corner of the event image



  1. Click Edit Events



  1. Under Edit Event Settings click on Post-event



  1. Scroll Down and look for Broadcast Recording. Click the Download button of the recording that you want to download



  1. You will be routed to the preview page. Click the 3 dots located at the lower right corner of the preview page and Click Download




  1. Download will automatically start
