How to invite an attendee, presenter from the audience onto the stage as a speaker in Presentation mode

Once the broadcast started, all attendee’s mic and cam will automatically be disabled however the admin/host can invite any attendees to join the broadcast. Here’s how to invite your attendees to join you onto the stage:

1. Start broadcasting by clicking the Present Now button and click Start Now

2. Click the Participants tab. Look for the attendees that you want to invite as speakers under the Attendees List

3. Click the Make him/her as Speaker button located beside the name of the attendee

4. Click the Yes button on the popup box

5. The attendee will be included on the Attendees on Stage list and will receive an invitation to join the broadcast. Inform the attendee to click Join with Camera.

6. That’s it. Your attendee’s camera will now be broadcast, 

7. To remove the attendee as a speaker, click on the Make him/her as Speaker button again and click Ok on the popup box.
