My Android camera and microphone does not work

Here the instructions to turn on your camera and mic for different versions of Android. Remo only supports Android 7, 8, 9, 10.

Here is how to turn on camera and microphone for specific websites on Android 7 (Nougat) and 8 (Oreo)

Open the Google Chrome app



Tap on the menu icon found in 'Settings'.



Go to the advanced section and click on 'Site settings''.



Toggle the Camera/microphone slider on so the green icon appears.

Here is how to turn on camera and microphone for specific websites on Android 9 (Pie) and 10.0

Launch the Google Chrome app

Go to the advanced section and click on 'Site settings'.



Toggle the Camera/microphone slider on so the blue icon appears.
